The San Antonio Spurs embarked on a road trip last week after losing a close home game against Memphis 103 – 104.  They would begin the trip with a back to back…against the Indiana Pacers followed by trip to Milwaukee the next night. The Spurs had little trouble with Indiana winning 111 – 100 with LaMarcus Aldridge leading the way with 33 points and 14 rebounds.  But the following night they ran into a talented Buck team who came away with a 135 – 129 victory.

DeMar DeRozan put in 34 points in the loss.  All was not lost as the Spurs travelled to Chicago to take on the Bulls.  After falling behind early, the team bounced back with timely 3-point shooting to defeat the Bulls in a closely fought contest 108 – 107.  DeRozan and Aldridge scored 21 and 20 points respectively.
