REPORT DOCKLESS VEHICLE ISSUES ON 311SA MOBILE APP

 

The 'REPORT DOCKLESS VEHICLE ISSUES' allows users to report dockless vehicle parking violations. Users can take a photo of the dockless vehicle issue and upload it to the app. Issues including improper parking, unsafe riding, blocking of sidewalks and vehicles that have fallen over can be reported.

 

Issues can be flagged 24/7 on the app, which is free and available for download in the iTunes and Google Play stores. Additionally, residents can report violations by contacting the 311 Customer Service office, which is open seven days a week, or by contacting dockless vehicle providers directly (see below for contact information).
