Spurs Beat

Since losing to the Houston Rockets at the AT&T Center on November 9th, the Spurs have put together a three game win streak including two on its home court and a payback win on the road against the  Rockets.  

 

With Tony Parker and Danny Green back in the lineup, the Spurs have found some continuity and consistency on both offense and defense.  In the win against the Rockets, the Spurs had five players score in double figures withLeonard leading the way with 20 points.  

 

Pau Gasol appears to be settling in the Spurs system as he is averaging 10.5 ppg, 7.1 rebounds, and dishing out 2.7 assists.  His best outing was his performance against the Detroit Pistons, a 96 – 86 win in which he scored 21 points, had 9 rebounds, and handed out 6 assists.  

 

 

Note: After being recalled from the D-League last week, DeJounte Murray was re- assigned to the Spurs D-League teamin Austin.
