Spurs Beat

Spurs ran their road streak to 12-0 after beating the Milwaukee Bucks 97 – 96 on Monday night.  Led by Kawhi Leonard’s 21 points, LaMarcus Aldridge’s 18 and Pau Gasol ‘s 15 points, the team came from 15 down to tame the young Bucks.  

 

All three players had 9 rebounds.  The Spurs are winners of 12 of their last 13 games and have had great production from its bench players.  Manu Ginobili, Dewayne Dedmon, Patty Mills, Davis Bertans, Jonathan Simmons, and point guard Nicolas Laprovittola have all made valuable contributions during the streak.  

 

Note:  Davis Bertans along with Dejounte Murray were sent to the D-League but were recalled. Bertans played in the Milwaukee game and was ejected along with M. Beasley from the Bucks.  

 

Just a reminder that Tim Duncan’s Jersey will be retired on Sunday, December 18th.
