Morgan inspired her father, Gordon Harman, next came Morgan's Wonderland...

Gordon Hartman was inspired back in 2010 by his daughter Morgan to help those with special needs.  He created Morgan's Wonderland, a theme park where children and adults of all ages can have fun despite their ability.  This park is completely wheelchair-accessible.  Rides, activities and even the train are handicap friendly.

Morgan's Inspiration Island was just opened one year ago.  A waterpark that was created specifically to accommodate those with special needs.  From special changing rooms with lifts for those who need a little extra help to special loaner wheelchairs to get in the water.  They even have warm temperature waters to make it a little more comfortable to get in and enjoy.

Morgan's Wonderland is like no other place in the world.  In 2017 it won PARK OF THE YEAR.  Also,  for the seventh consecutive year Morgan's Wonderland has earned a Certificate of Excellence with TripAdvisor, the world's largest travel website.

As I visited and toured the park I could not help but see the vision that Gordon must of

had to be able to create such a true Wonderland where you truly are just a kid who has no limitations.  I even spotted a playground donated by Mr. Harvey Najim (see photo).  Mr. Najim generously  donated what is called the Butterfly Playground.  Large and small little treasures fill this park but the true ones are the visitors.

So bring your family and friends to visit Morgan's Wonderland and experience the new innovations it has to offer.  It's fun, cool and affordable!  Those with special needs are free!! Located @ 5223 David Edwards Dr. San Antonio, Tx.  Visit them at for more information.
