The San Antonio Spurs were coming off a two game road win streak before returning home in a matchup with the Los Angeles Clippers Sunday night.  The return home was not a predictable win as the Clippers, coming in on a five game losing streak, blindsided the sluggish Spurs 103 – 95.  Toby Harris just missed a triple double in scoring 27 points, getting nine rebounds and 9 assists.  LaMarcus Aldridge led the Spurs with 30 points and 14 boards in the loss.

DeMar DeRozan, who did not play in the win at Minnesota (116 – 113) scored only 8 points (4/16 shooting) as only three players scored in double figures.  The loss was the second straight home loss as the Spurs were defeated by the Charlotte Hornets 108 -93 in the return of Tony Parker.  The Spurs followed that lost with a 105 – 101 road win at Dallas, a game that featured Rudy Gay scoring 14 points, giving him 15,000 points in his career.
